Analysis Tools and Third-Party Tools
When you download and use our games, your usage data may be statistically analyzed.
Such analyses are primarily carried out by what are known as analysis services. The analyses of your usage data are generally conducted anonymously, meaning your usage behavior cannot be traced back to you.

3. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR DATA
Support Inquiries
If you address support inquiries to us via email or through messages on social media platforms, we collect and process data from your account, such as your name and your country, as well as the content of your inquiry.
We only use this data to respond to your inquiry in accordance with the general terms and conditions you have agreed to, and to be able to provide our app error-free. We will not share it with third parties without your consent.
The data you send to us via contact inquiries remain with us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent for storage, or the purpose for which the data was stored no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.
4. PERMISSIONS
Our app uses the following permissions:
**iCloud**
To back up the stored progress on Apple iCloud.
**Full Network Access**
So that data can be sent to the internet.
**Location**
If this feature is activated, it is necessary to offer contextually relevant and/or personalized customer experiences such as the “SisyFox Device-Map.”
**Search (iOS)**
If this feature is activated, information about the game can be displayed in searches, lookups, and on keyboards.
**Apple Health Steps (iOS)**
If this feature is activated, steps from HealthKit can be read to award corresponding rewards in the game.
**Pedometer (Android)**
If this feature is activated, steps can be read through the integrated pedometer (if available) to award corresponding rewards in the game.
**Autostart (Android)**
Necessary to send notifications to the user.
**Google Play Billing Service (Android)**
Enables the user to purchase in-game products.
**Notifications (Badges, Sounds, Banners, Vibration Control)**
If notifications are enabled in the settings, they can be sent to the player to display important events in the course of the game.
**Background App Refresh**
If this feature is activated, background updates can be performed.
**Mobile Data**
The player can allow access to mobile data so as to use all functions of the game even without Wi-Fi.
**Access to Storage**
The app writes to and accesses storage so that services can be carried out.
5. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
For the purpose of demand-driven design and statistical analysis of the use of our apps, we collect pseudonymized data about the use of our apps and evaluate these data statistically.
These data are collected for the purpose of operating and optimizing the app and are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures as well as for legitimate interests.
In particular, we use third-party analysis tools in connection with our own services as follows:
**Unity Analytics**
Unity Analytics is an analysis service by Unity Technologies ApS. Unity Analytics collects usage data and various other types of data, as described in the service’s Privacy Policy.

The analysis of user behavior is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The controller has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize its offering.
6. AD NETWORKS
We use third-party analysis tools to deliver advertising and content relevant to your interests.
These partners only process your data on and after our specific instructions and may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our apps.
The information collected includes, among other things, installation data, in-app events, language, platform, device type, operating system version, or device IDs such as advertising IDs and IDFA, as well as usage information.
We use the following ad networks to serve advertising within our free apps. These collect the data described below for the purpose of providing personalized advertising:
**Ad Network: AdMob/Google**

Type of data: Device information, IP address, device identifiers, combined with Unity Analytics to personalize advertising. (Privacy Policy)
You can object to the use of personalized advertising by making the following settings, depending on the type of your device:
On iPhone or iPad, first open “Settings,” tap “Privacy,” then open “Advertising.” Here, you can enable “Limit Ad Tracking.”
If you use devices with Android and Google Play Services, first open “Google Settings,” tap “Ads,” then open “Opt out of Ads Personalization.” Finally, tap “OK.”
The use of the aforementioned ad networks and the transmission of the data stated here is based on our legitimate interest in refinancing our investments for operating our app through advertising.
7. DISCLOSURE OF DATA
We may share your data with the following recipients:
- The technical service providers involved in the provision of the services. As subcontractors, these service providers are subject to the same obligations as SisyFox GmbH to comply with the applicable laws on the protection of personal data.
- Other companies, but only in the case of a transfer of SisyFox GmbH’s activities.
- Advertising partners who use your data to provide you with personalized advertising or personalized content.
- Administrative or judicial authorities, insofar as this is for the purpose of verifying the proper use of our services or for the purpose of an investigative measure in accordance with applicable law. We always review the legality of such requests.
In such cases, your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union that provide an equivalent level of protection. In the event of a transfer to other countries, your data is protected in particular by the signing of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. ERASURE OF YOUR DATA
Unless otherwise provided by statutory retention periods, we erase or anonymize your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or used it, as described in the foregoing sections.
Where data must be retained for legal reasons, it is blocked. The data is then no longer available for further use.
9. AGE RESTRICTIONS
In order to use our services, you must have full legal capacity or, in the case of limited legal capacity, have obtained the consent of your legal guardians. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect, solicit, or gather personal data from children. If you are not fully legally competent, we ask that you do not send us any data about yourself, including your name, address, or email address. Should we have nevertheless collected personal data from children and become aware of it, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. 10. YOUR RIGHTS

10.1. Right of Access
You have the right at any time to request information from us about the personal data we process concerning you.
10.2. Right to Rectification of Inaccurate Data
You have the right to demand the immediate rectification of incorrect personal data concerning you.
10.3. Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data.
Your data will be erased if they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, if they were processed unlawfully, if you object to the processing, or if erasure is mandatory under EU law or under the law of a member state to which we are subject.
10.4. Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to demand that we restrict processing in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR. This right exists in particular if the accuracy of the personal data is contested between the user and us for the duration necessary to verify the accuracy; or if, when you have an existing right to erasure, instead of erasure you request restricted processing; and also if the data are no longer required for the purposes we pursue.
10.5. Right to Data Portability
You have the right under Article 20 of the GDPR to receive the personal data concerning you that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only occur if technically feasible.
10.6. Right to Object
You have the right at any time to object, pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, to the processing of personal data concerning you. We will cease processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
10.7. Right to Lodge a Complaint

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy if necessary, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
